Sales Coordinator – Ginseng Ltd (Visa Sponsorship).

GinSen, a well-established Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic in West London, is expanding and seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our warm and professional team. This is a key frontline role combining customer care, product knowledge, and holistic wellness support.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: London, United Kingdom

Pay: From £32,500.00 per year

Your Role Includes:

  • · Greeting patients and handling enquiries, bookings, and reception duties (in person, by phone, email, or WeChat).
  • · Introducing and explaining the benefits of our herbal teas, supplements, and wellness products — based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles.
  • · Helping clients choose products suited to their body constitution and health needs.
  • · Offering basic diet and lifestyle suggestions rooted in TCM knowledge.
  • · Supporting doctors in managing patient flow and follow-up.
  • · Conducting in-clinic sales and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • · Engaging in livestream sessions to share knowledge of Chinese Medicine, educate a global audience on health and wellbeing, and help drive international sales of supplements and herbal teas.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following areas:

– Business Management

– Traditional Chinese Medicine

– Nutrition or Alternative Medicine

– Or an equivalent qualification in health, wellness, or clinic operations

Requirements:

  • English proficiency with IELTS 6.0 or above (or equivalent) if English is not your first language.
  • Mandarin or Cantonese speaking preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or sales is an advantage — but enthusiastic fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong interest in natural health, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and patient wellbeing.

Personal Qualities:

  • At least 1 year of experience in health & wellness, retail, or wholesale preferred.
  • Quick to learn, dependable, and able to take initiative.
  • Friendly, confident, and professional in communication.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Positive, team-minded, and eager to grow in a supportive environment.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £30,000–£32,500 per year, depending on experience.
  • Full-time position: 39 hours per week.
