Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to Morley’s standardised recipes and portion guidelines.
- Ensure consistent quality, flavour, and presentation of all menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Follow all operational and food preparation procedures set by management.
- Assist in stock rotation, inventory checks, and receiving deliveries.
- Help with cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and workspaces.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.
- Provide support during busy periods to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Eligibility Requirements
- Previous experience or relevant qualification in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and standardised food preparation methods accurately.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices (formal certification is a plus but not essential).
- Team player with good communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures.
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
