About the Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As an Administration Assistant, you will be a central pillar in our Community Teams for People with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Your role will ensure that essential administrative tasks are handled with precision and care, allowing frontline teams to focus on providing exceptional support to the individuals and families who rely on us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Support: Attend and take detailed minutes for safeguarding and multidisciplinary meetings.

  • Communication Management: Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and letters.

  • Data Handling: Maintain records and ensure data quality in systems like LAS and Smart Office.

  • Financial Support: Manage petty cash and contribute to accurate financial record-keeping.

Salary and Contract Details

  • Salary Range: £25,889 – £29,330 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting)

  • Pro-Rata Salary for 21 Hours: £14,693 – £16,646

  • Working Hours: 21 hours per week (part-time)

  • Location: Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, United Kingdom

  • Contract Type: Permanent

  • DBS Check: Not required for this role
