Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant activities, ensuring efficient service and high guest satisfaction.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Lead, train, and inspire team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene per health regulations.
- Food Preparation: Assist with food production to maintain quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, placing orders as necessary to meet demand.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly.
- Staff Scheduling: Help schedule shifts to ensure optimal coverage, especially during peak hours.
- Menu Development: Contribute ideas to enhance the menu offerings.
Qualifications and Experience
- Restaurant or Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a similar setting is essential.
- Team Management Skills: Proven supervisory skills to manage and motivate staff.
- Food Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices.
- Culinary Background: A background in culinary arts or food production is advantageous.
