Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant activities, ensuring efficient service and high guest satisfaction.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Lead, train, and inspire team members to foster a positive work environment.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene per health regulations.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with food production to maintain quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, placing orders as necessary to meet demand.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly.
  • Staff Scheduling: Help schedule shifts to ensure optimal coverage, especially during peak hours.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Restaurant or Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a similar setting is essential.
