Salary: £14.80 – £17.00 an hour

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the Backbone: Own the Kitchen Porter (KP) duties. Keep pots, pans, plates, and utensils spotless and turning around fast so the chefs never have to wait.
- Prep Like a Pro: Support the kitchen team with daily food prep—chopping, peeling, portioning, and ensuring ingredients are ready for a high-volume service.
- Keep it Gleaming: Maintain an immaculate kitchen environment, ensuring all workstations, floors, and storage areas meet strict hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
- Team Support: Jump in wherever the chefs need you most, from receiving and organizing supplier deliveries to assisting with basic food assembly.
- Setup & Breakdown: Assist with the heavy lifting of opening and closing the kitchen to ensure smooth operations day after day.
