About the Candidate:
You will be a confident and experienced Social Worker with a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred practice. You will have strong assessment and care planning skills, be committed to strengths-based approaches, and demonstrate excellent communication and partnership-working abilities.
Essential requirements:
- Social Work England registration
- Relevant Social Work qualification
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
