Experience is not necessary as we provide full training and ongoing support. We are also keen to hear from experienced Social Care and Healthcare Support Workers.
Job Title: 24 hours Care Assistant

Salary: £24,570 – £25,252 a year

Week 1: Monday – 0800 – Wednesday 0800 & Friday 2200 – Monday 0800
Week 2: Wednesday 0800 – Friday 2000

Responsibilities of the role:
To provide care in accordance with individual needs and care plans
- Recording and reporting all relevant information relating to an individual
- Listen and observe how individuals prefer their care and support to be delivered and report any observations
- Respond to service and delivery instructions from your supervisor or manager
- Keep all information about service users and their families secure and confidential
Requirements:
- Caring, kind and compassionate
- Experience not necessary – we recruit on the basis of your character and care values, and train you in the skills required.
